Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fundmybiz LLC dba Biz Lending Strategy ("we", "us") for the use of BankReady. By buying or using BankReady you agree to them. Questions: analyst@bizlendingstrategy.com.
What BankReady is, and isn't
BankReady analyzes the financial statements you upload and tells you how a lender is likely to view them: a readiness score, key ratios, and the issues to fix. It is a preparation tool.
- We are not a lender, and we don't broker, arrange or originate loans.
- BankReady does not guarantee loan approval, terms or any outcome with a lender. Every lender applies its own criteria.
- Our analysis is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and it isn't an audit or a review of your financial statements.
Your information
Our analysis is only as accurate as the documents you provide. You confirm that you have the right to upload them, and that you'll tell us if something in them is wrong. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Products and delivery
- Snapshot: an automated score, usually delivered by email within minutes.
- Report: a full analysis, delivered by email within 1 business day of receiving readable files.
- Monthly plans (Owner and CFO): begin with a Report. Your monthly fee starts 30 days later, and each month you upload new statements and receive an updated Report.
If your files can't be read or are incomplete, we'll ask you for replacements, and delivery time starts again when we receive them.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Monthly plans renew each month until canceled. Cancel any time with Manage subscription on your account page, where you can also update your card and download invoices, or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged the monthly fee.
- Refunds: if we can't produce your Snapshot or Report, even after you've had a chance to send replacement files, we'll refund that purchase in full. Otherwise, a delivered Snapshot or Report isn't refundable, and a monthly fee already charged isn't refunded for a partial month.
Acceptable use
Don't upload documents you're not authorized to share, try to access other customers' information, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our materials
Your reports are yours to use for your business, including sharing them with lenders. The BankReady service, scoring method and site content remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BankReady is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lending decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fundmybiz LLC is organized.
