The 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast lenders ask for — free.

A week-by-week view of the cash coming in and going out over the next quarter. It's one of the first things a lender asks for when cash is tight or a loan is on the table, and most owners have never built one.

This template gives you the full structure, a filled-in example, and a one-page summary written the way a banker reads it. It works in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.

Built by a banker with 25+ years in credit — so you see your numbers the way a lender does.

Why it matters

Lenders lend against cash, not hope

A 13-week forecast shows a lender you know exactly when cash gets tight and what you'll do about it. Building one before you ask for money also shows you whether you need to borrow at all — and how much.
